* Sponsor submissions must be received no later than 5 business days before the 1st day the sponsored ad is to be published.
* All sponsor rates are based on the monthly calendar with no payment adjustment if the month has 28, 30 or 31 days.
* Logos/text must be submitted in either jpeg/gif/png format approximately 2' x 2' in size for Sponsor options 1 & 2 with a resolution no greater than 300dpi.
* Submit the website or social media site that is to be linked to the logo when submitting the Sponsor request.
* Sponsor submissions must meet a standard of social and ethical acceptance (i.e. no illegal drug reference, no sexual explicit reference, no religious reference, no racial reference...) Submissions must be approved by Ms Elle (webmaster) before being accepted for publication on the American Football in Central America website.
